Yes, and this is extremely common. Many clients come to us without complete documents. Part of our role is helping analyze, locate, and properly structure the documents needed for the case.
  • What If My Parent Never Had A Portuguese Passport?
This does not automatically disqualify you. Citizenship is based on legal registration and civil records, not just whether someone had a passport.
